How long does the process take?

Depending on what needs to be done, it could be between 2-5 business days or longer. This is just the art not any printing that would need to be done. Printing is usually 7-10 business days.

How it works is I would email over a proof of what the art or printed item would look like and once approved I would send over an invoice and would need full payment before any production will be started.

Do you have an office I can visit?

No, I do not. At the moment I am working out of my home office and to protect my family’s privacy, it is not a place to visit. But I can set up appointments to meet you at a designated place to go over what your business needs if you do not want to talk over the phone or email. Initially, everything will start through my email and you will need to send over any ideas that you have that you would want done.

I already have my design done, what is the best file format for printing?

High resolution PDF format is the best with the type converted to outlines. My second choice would be High Resolution PNG with a transparent background. I would still send over a proof of what it would look like just to make sure nothing got messed on my end when I open the file.

I used AI to do my logo, can I use it for screen printing?

When someone has sent over a logo or image that was done in AI and they want it printed on shirts, we have to recreate it to get it print ready. AI sometimes will add way too many colors to the art and we would have to turn all the different shades to the correct color that you would need it to be and so it would not result in a million screens. This would result in an art fee.
